Disliked: Took a while to wait in the reception area for check in. No staff for few minutes. Wifi didn’t reach our room. Can hear sounds in the next room. Facilities were old

Disliked: So dirty the floor was terrible beds terrible, one of the guys in the front desk charge me full amount of the room when i show him previously the reservation so now i need wait innecesary time for a refund

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was good.
Disliked: It was very, very dirty. Dust and bugs and random hairs in my bed and on the floor. There was something sticky in the bathroom door. Also, the air unit was super loud and difficult to control.

One of the dirtiest hotels Ive stayed in, but good location and nice staff.

Overall our stay was great. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was well maintained for the most part. A few day

Liked: I liked the property overall. The room was as nice. It was mostly very quiet. We loved being able to have the option to cook meals in the room.
Disliked: There was a group of men that were hanging out by the pool drinking for hours even though the rules state no alcohol. Also one of the side doors youre supposed to have to use your room key to enter but anytime I went out that door it was unlocked, no key required for entry.
