Yuck! Smells and dirty

Disliked: The horrible smell in the halls. Horrible. Room was dirty. Hair all over. Belonging left in drawers. TV took forever to turn on. Loud neighbors. Toilet never flushes on 1st flush. Staff not up front at desk during hours stated. No breakfast or hair dryer as stayed on booking.com. Bed bugs? Woke up with bites every day. Yuck. Wont go back

Liked: The staff here is very helpful and getting the right person to the right people and the mantismce guy and the front desk guy is very generous and very kind they need a promotion for their services

Liked: Good size room and kitchenette, comfy bed.
Disliked: No utensils or crockery, so kitchenette was a waste of time. No coffee facilities, nor breakfast, even though these were included when booked. Disgraceful way to treat guests.

Not a clean place to...

Disliked: We requested for nonsmoking room but there was a bad odor at the door and recliner. And the curtains was broken and lights were coming in from outside. And the chairs are not clean.

Disliked: No pillows for the pull out bed. That was uncomfortable
