Upon arrival, the front desk person was slow and not very helpful. She took our money and slid a paper of information across the counter with little explanation. The room was a good size - I especially liked the closet (though, something small like matching hangers would bump up the quality), and it was decently clean (the shower needed a good scrub). Our window looked out to the trash cans which were seriously overflowing everywhere. I even saw some sort of wild animal tracks leading in and out of it the next morning so that's exciting. We found out from a sign in the kitchenette that we would have to contact the front desk for any sort of basic kitchenwares. We decided it wasn't worth the extra effort. I liked the bed and had three really good nights' sleep. As an Extended Stay, this hotel is obviously meant for long-term use and I can see it being good for that. There was a Target right behind the hotel and that worked well for us, but there weren't a ton of restaurants within walking distance. I think having a car would have improved our stay, but we were relying on taxi services and ended up paying a lot - it was about a 15 minute drive downtown each time and the airport shuttle didn't go out to Glendale.

Liked: A lot of space; inexpensive.
Disliked: Limited hotel and surrounding services; unkept grounds; dingy shower.

Adequate room. Small but nice with kitchenette though we didn't need it for our one night stay. close to lots of restaurants and a Target. good location though a tad difficult to find.

I was a bit outraged...

Liked: The photos online are NOT even close the actual room. everything is old and beat up.
Disliked: I asked for a ground floor room twice by calling ahead. they didn’t accommodate and I stood forever in the lobby while they sorted it out. The room was depressing. Also sketchy people about the place. I didn’t feel all that safe and this hotel is advertising as Cherry Creek. cherry creek is upscale.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Liked: The property didn’t allow me to check in. The individual on duty that night didn’t want to come check us in. Had us waiting outside in the cold for an hour trying to get things figured and was left with no where to sleep coming from out of town.

Disliked: Walls are very thin I heard sounds and pounding all night, which was very uncomfortable. Some damage in the room and mark on the toilet seat

Liked: No frills, basic and dated, but clean - bed was OK though no extra covers, I had to use my own from the car.
Disliked: Altercation with another guest at the front desk that was disturbing. Staff was nice enough but this place is not in a great location and I did not feel particularly safe or welcomed.

Liked: There was no breakfast, the place was terrible, it is nothing like what I expected. The door locked and the young man at the front desk was very polite. That is about all I can say that is positive.
Disliked: Typically, I don't care much about hotel accommodations and the "quality" of things. The place I stay is usually a spot to crash and I am young and used to less-than-ideal conditions. However, I could not stay at this MOTEL at all. The cleanliness was horrible: the room had been heavily smoked in and when I asked to switch, there were no other rooms that did not smell of smoke, even though it is a "smoke free" facility. There were blood stains on the mattress, smears of unidentifiable red-ish fluid across the headboard as well as other dark colored marks, there was a used hypodermic needle lying in the room as well as urine on the walls and door, stains and white fluid on on the carpet next to the bed. There were light bulbs missing from some of the lights, crumbs and food in all of the drawers, crusted on mess on the stove, a leaky sink faucet, a mess in the microwave and powdery dust all over the chairs and dresser. The bed had been made, so I know the room had been "cleaned," but obviously not had been cleaned well. There also was a large crack between the door frame and the door so I could see outside. There was screaming and loud noises all through the night (including 1am) and the phone to reach the front desk did not work. When I attempted to check out in the morning, there was nobody to help me and even after calling 5 different times and emailing the property, I have still been unable to reach someone to attempt getting a refund for the nights I did not continue to stay int he hotel. I would never stay here and will probably have nightmares for weeks to come. What's worse is the price! This hotel was certainly not the cheapest one I could find and with a relatively nice surrounding area (not the hotel location but the town around it), I assumed it was not going to be as
