Disliked: I arrived at the hotel and was told the couldn’t validate my reservation since they where renovating, I was offered a room in another hotel of the same brand. When I arrived I was assigned a room, the room didn’t have any bed sheets when I entered. I was assigned another room. The hotel employee forgot to update my room assignment and at the middle of the night someone tried to opened my door. The day after I reported the situation and it happened again, this time it was housekeeping. I reported the situation again and it happened one more time. It was a very uncomfortable situation because I was alone in this trip.
