Disliked: Pool was not operational. We chose this hotel for the sofa bed option but it was not functional (was labeled out of order). Hotel couldn't accommodate request for another room or provide a roll-out bed, but they offered a small discount to compensate.

Disliked: The couch bed was broken and filthy. We had 3 kids in 1 bed because we couldn't use it. The shower curtain was too short, so water ended up all over the floor. The website said there was a free continental breakfasr, but when we got there, we were told it was only a breakfast cart with coffee and muffins. There were stains on the comforter, and the floor was filthy. We did not even use the kitchen after seeing the age of all the appliances.
