The pillows smelled like they had been used extensively without putting out new ones.

Disliked: The bathroom was cold as ice; one of the windows was stuck open. Will not stay at that chain of hotels again.

Experience eclipsed by inadequate facilities

Liked: The hotel is handicapped friendly. There were available handicapped parking spaces throughout our stay. Some staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel, contrary to their brand, is not a suite. It's just a room. You can't do more than really basic cooking. Kitchenette wasn't set up. Had to ask for knives, and didn't get a sharp knife, so I had to slice a tomato with a cutlery knife. Smelled a bit.

Liked: The room was ok. It was conveniently off the highway
Disliked: I had a reserved room for three months. When we got there they gave us a room because someone cancelled right before we arrived otherwise we wouldn’t have a room. The room smelled like smoke. Horrible. The door to get it the hotel from the back packing lot was broken.
