Liked: The breakfast consisted of a few cereal bars and a pot of coffee, there was no desk clerk when I had to leave before my second night booked for a family emergency, there was only a cleaning person manning the front desk and could only print a receipt and not help me cancel the second night reservation and adjust my CC balance, however said he would have them call me when they came in, I did not receive any calls!!!
Disliked: I called to get my CC payment adjusted 6 days after no call and was told there would be no refund as I went thru a third party to reserve my room!!!! This is unacceptable to me! I will not go thru a third party again as I do not like paying for something I did not use!!! The carpet was dirty, had to wipe stuff off of the light switch and there was nothing in the kitchen and had a cupboard door hanging off the hinges. They told me it was the last room and the light above the table was not working and it turned out it was the top plug that was not working(fire hazard)????

Liked: The front desk was friendly and had an elevator.
Disliked: Smoke from the adjoining room enters through the bathroom. I have to put wash rags in the vent to breathe. The pillows were really small. The refrigerator was rusty.
