Great value and we needed...
Liked: This was the first time staying at Extended stay. It was perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday. We came to spend the holiday with family who live locally. The kitchen was perfect for us to prepare our food for the visit.

Exactly what I expected at a fair price
Liked: The location was perfect for me to move about the Chicagoland area with easy access to all highways.The room was roomy and easy for a couple of adults. And the hotel was very quiet even thought it was full.
Disliked: It could have been a bit cleaner but the bed linens and towels were clean and soft...so I just gave things a quick wipe down

Disliked: Everything was awful. We didn't have a comforter or a blanket just sheets. Staff said they didn't have any available. There was no breakfast except for black coffee and tea bags - not what the website said, generally not clean. Has a kitchen but there is nothing in it. Don't waste your money even though it's cheap. Not worth it.

Liked: Room was spacious. Was cleaned enough but was a but dingy and old. For me it was good enough. Staff was nice, butCoffee was always out and desk person just sitting there doing nothing, Different staff same thing daily, Overall though experience. worth
Disliked: Coffee empty every day and different staff members just itting there. They should get another coffee container. Otherwise it was all good and everone was nice
