Liked: I didnt like anything about it. Booking paid for the room when I asked to be billed at the site. Then the site double paid. So before I even saw the room I had paid for the place 3x. The room was dirty, dingy. No towels, toilet paper and smelled. We decided not to stay, requested refunds from you- Booking.com and Extended stay, and still have not received thenm.

Disliked: Check in was late. Waited an hour and a half past normal check in time after requesting an early check in.

Liked: The stove, microwave, TV, fridge and bed
Disliked: They were overbooked and I had to go with a king. They couldn't adjust the rate. The tub had peeling paint, called the front desk to see about late checkout, the person at the desk said I have to wait for the 7am person. They didn't show till after 7:15. As a result we only got 3 hrs sleep. There were to places to charge the phone, no extra pillows/blankets and the sliding closet door kept getting stuck.

Good location, unpleasant property conditions....

Disliked: The cleanliness. There were carpenter ants in our room. First time I’ve seen them in any hotel I’ve stayed.
