Very disappointed

Disliked: I booked a room thinking it had akitchen unfortunately it had no kitchen facilities and I was so disappointed.

Yuck.

Liked: What did I like? Nothing...
Disliked: What didn't I like? Everything from beginning to end....The wonky luggage carts with wheels barely holding on and whole cart leaning and nearly tipping the entire time.When my fiancee came into lobby with our bags, worker at the front desk questioning WHO that man was and then reprimanding me for not knowing the hotels policy that ALL guests, not just who booked the room, MUST also give their I.D at check in (what??! Ive never heard of this) They had one working elevator and it takes foreverrrrThe hotel hallways smell quite unpleasant. The room was DISGUSTING. Dust on top of every fixture in the entire room - mirrors, framed pictures, refrigerator, lights, shower curtain rod, and towel bars. The stove top was still dirty with food remnants.The toilet had dust, hairs, and urine on the back of the toilet seat and tank covered in dust. The sink had dried toothpaste and some unknown brown stuff still on the sink vanity. I used Clorox wipes and wiped all surfaces, knobs, phone, remote, etc. in the entire room as well as cleaning the bathroom thoroughly. The wipes were BLACK after anything I wiped. It truly did not look or smell like it had been cleaned by house keeping AT ALL. I am extremely disappointed and incredibly disgusted being charged ANY amount of money to stay here. I now understand the nightly price being on the lower side for a Friday.

Liked: Way too loud . People coming and going all hours. Kids running in the hallway and slamming doors throughout the night

Liked: There are no cookware.
Disliked: Bathroom tub was not clean
