Unsatisfied customer

Liked: Nothing at all I would never stay there again staff knowing that there was a reason why that room was off market they still put me in there.
Disliked: There was hair in the bed all over the bathroom, microwave didn't work it was sparking fire when you turn it on, I stove didn't worked onle one did, no rug on the floor. Kitchen was dirty. I had to go out and get cleaning supply to clean it up. To feel comfortable in there. When I went to down stair to tell the from desk were even offer a refund only to move to another room after a had already clean up. Is sad because I was really looking forward to that Christmas get away with my family.
