Very diappointing, will not return.

Liked: I chose this hotel because it had a full kitchen. I got there to find out it had NO kitchenware, NO coffee maker. NOTHING. It was advertised as having all that. That is false advertising. There was never anyone at the front desk...there was a number you could call if you needed assistance.

Customer service award!

Liked: Alicia was Amazing! My other booking sold my room and at 1145 pm I had no where to stay. Alicia confirmed my booking and was waiting for me when I arrived! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Disliked: The gap in the door was big enough to see through.
