Disliked: We had a pile of trash in our room when we arrived no comforter on the bed the sheets were dirty Holes in the walls deteriorated ceiling and writing on walls as well the room looked nothing like the pictures it literally looked like a prostitution type hotel and I had my infant son I was pissed

Farewell to better Days

Liked: I like the memories that I had at the place before. we used to have a great time staying there. it's funny I used to fix up the rooms when I would go there (replace door handles fix the faucets I even polished the wood floors in one room just fix anything other people had broken like one time I noticed that somebody had loosen the screws around this door handle and around the door itself and the security latch and the windows. usually when somebody does this it's because they're going to try to break back into the room later so what I did was I reinforced the doors not only did I tighten all the screws back down but I actually reinforced the door and the windows and I took some of the original screws out and put in Long wood screws I made sure that it would be twice as hard to ever get those things back out that way whenever they came back they were going to be in for a little surprise lol other weird stuff like that) it was a cookie place it was very interesting and a lot of fun
Disliked: The fact that they're tearing it down and turning it into a low rent apartments. it's really sad the staff are losing their jobs and there home. the guy I talked to did not seem to know what he was going to do. and because of that fact you could tell that nobody was keeping up the rooms. And at that point what would be the point. very sad it was good that we had one last chance to stay there and reminisce about times gone by farewell express inn I knew ye well
