Disliked: Your check-in process it was frustrating.I have completed entering all the information needed by me, and again, when I reached the hotel, I was asked to do it again except for one step.You shouldn't aend to the customer any text to ask him/her to complete any information.A water jug in the room would be nice and a box of tissue paper as well.

This was a good place for a night and breakfast was adequate. The building is older but has a bit of charm as a result.

Liked: It did include breakfast though it wasn't stated.
Disliked: The pillows were terrible. We had stayed at the Double Tree in Regina the week before. We had planned to go back there for this stay, but this hotel had reviews that showed it as better. Well, we wish we had picked the Double Tree.
