Perfect hotel to stay at...

Liked: The breakfast is great. Staff are always so nice and helpful! The rooms are ALWAYS clean every time we come here. It feels very safe staying here and I always come back every year!

Liked: It is clean inside the room and public area, lobby, breakfast area, gym etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: 1. The noise of air conditioning, the good thing is it doesn’t last whole night long. 2. The mattress is not hard enough and it could be a good thing for ppl who prefers soft mattress. 3. Hand soap mounted on wall kind of far from sink.

Liked: The good hotel with convenient access to major sightseeing destinations, ideal for avid walkers seeking to explore the city on foot.The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards, and the staff are exceptionally helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
Disliked: The room itself is lovely, but unfortunately, the sound insulation leaves much to be desired. Throughout the night, the noise from the road is audible, which can disrupt sleep and detract from the overall experience.It came as a surprise to us that although breakfast was included, it was not in the traditional sense. Instead, guests receive a room credit to use towards breakfast items. However, the prices for dishes are quite high considering the portion sizes, and you will have to pay more out of pocket to cover the full meal.

Nice room and location, service...

Liked: Room was nicely decorated, spacious and functional. Enjoyed the training equipment.
Disliked: Parking fee was way too expensive If I’d known I would have picked another hotel. There was confusion on charging it to my credit card too. There was no housekeeping. And it was not explained that i needed to ask for it. When I asked for facecloths, they were never delivered and I had to go down to reception and ask again. Room needs smart tv so we can watch our own content (Netflix)
