My stay was very comfortable. Room was spotless and the bed was super comfy.

Liked: I liked that the property offered 2 king beds in the room. The wellness aspect of the hotel was a nice touch.
Disliked: The customer service was not good. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people staying there and was very short when asked any kind of service related questions. Our room was street side and very loud. The guests above us sounded like they were constantly stomping or moving furniture around. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 7:00 am and the kitchen staff was not prepared. Water and ice machine on 2nd floor is broken but there was no note or instructions on where to find water and ice. Upon checking out the staff made no effort to ask how our stay was. I am typically a Hilton or Marriott customer and that is where I will be keeping my service.

Liked: Nice furnishings and beds. Loved the workout/yoga equipment in the room with video instruction.
Disliked: Unfriendly messaging from the start, rude staff, did not get the room I booked and was treated like that was my fault. And VERY LOUD partying nextdoor with no staff intervention. All this in a crappy, unsafe part of town with extra charges to park. We won’t be back.

Liked: The room was huge with 2 king beds and the decor was modern and sleek. The lobby was welcoming with many activities for group fun.
Disliked: The shower stall glass was too small allowing water to soak the floor

Liked: Loved the location & the old market area. Went to a show at The Admiral and this was very close in location. Loved the wellness vibe and felt very comfy.
Disliked: I didn’t like having to pay $15/day for parking in an unsecured lot
