Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: Perfect place in the heart of downtown. Super clean, quiet, free off-road parking. Felt very upscale for a very modest rate.Mini-split in room for great climate control. Iron and board. Fridge was a huge plus. It was really lovely.
Disliked: Small TV.Huge gap under door let in lots of light from hallway all night. Need draft excluder to block the light. Black out curtains could be more effective.Kettle would be useful.

Liked: Location was perfect for us. We had a concert to go to which was just a walk away
Disliked: I couldn’t get the room warm enough, though I had a thermostat to make adjustments, I wasn’t successful. I could have called the desk, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. I slept great!!

Liked: Location was great, in the middle of downtown Newburyport and walking distance to everything. Breakfast was awesome, lots to offer guests.
Disliked: Stairs could be tough for some, request first floor room if you have issues with stairs.
