Friendly place to stay!

Liked: The receptionist was really helpful and friendly - even tho it was so late when we arrived! The bed was really comfortable, great breakfast and parking was really easy!
Disliked: It was a bit of a longer walk to the train station into town then I thought when I booked. But that’s more my planning than the hotel issue.

All in all, ok.

Liked: I liked the concept of the hotel. The history of it and the pictures online were very accurate. They also had coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The African American gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal.
Disliked: I didn’t like a few things.-we never had our room serviced, even though it did not state that it wouldn’t as some hotels don’t. -the staff does not wear uniforms, making it confusing who’s staff and who’s a guest. -it does not have a restaurant as mentioned. -we asked for items from the front desk. They never stated we had to get them. We waited for a good half hour before my husband went to get it. -the hotel seems to double as a shelter for immigrants.
