Comfortable especially for longer stay

Liked: Good setting as near a clinic where family member had a surgery. Liked the spaciousness of the suites and the good restaurant and breakfast
Disliked: We wished the television was connected to iPhone apps

Disliked: Its outdated, chairs all leather peeled off, AC didnt work and a huge fight broke out police everywhere in hotel

Disliked: Not a solo business traveler hotel. Loads of kids. Also the AC wasn’t working and facilities seems old.

Liked: I liked the view in the lobby and there are no narrow corridors like other hotels. I feel safe for myself, my family, and my children

Liked: Nice venue and rooms. The appearance and staff were nice.
Disliked: The room was hot and AC didn’t work was a hot night. Couldn’t open windows with no screens and service dogs present. They gave me a voucher for another night free but not sure I wanna go back I can’t stand to sleep hot!

Liked: The complimentary drinks in the afternoon.
Disliked: The old school TV!!! I paid $286 for 2 nights without a smart tv?? Ridiculous! Coffee maker is dirty also. Couch was filthy! The bedroom looks outdated.

Liked: Breakfast was good and the layout is cool
Disliked: The hot tub didn't work. The staff all gave different answers as to why or played dumb and said they didn't know it was broken. Breakfast was mediocre and the bath tub leaked every time I tried to take a bath.
