Good and simple

Liked: The location was great. It was near to a shopping center with nice restaurants and AMC theaters. We felt safe going for a walk.
Disliked: The shower faucet was loose, and it needed to be fixed. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The shower has a little bit of mold in the walls. The complimentary happy hour was very simple compared to other Embassy Suutes... chips, salsa, watermelon, wine, budweiser, and budlight (woke beer

Liked: Our large family loved this location. The area felt very safe. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast food was great with a nice variety to choose from. The cooks were fast and friendly. Fresh to order omelette bar and French toast. Coffee was good. Dining area was kept very clean. The plants and koi fish inside make for a pleasant ambiance. The outdoor pool was heated and we enjoyed swimming, the swimming area was also clean. Our room was big and beds were comfortable. The rooms do need a little updating to the tv stands and carpets. But the room was clean. Anything we needed we sent a text to the host and the items were promptly brought to the rooms. We would definitely stay again.

Best stay ever

Liked: The hotel was awesome! The staff is great, this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will definitely stay here again.

Mediocre

Disliked: We were there for vacation and booked the hotel for the Happy Hour, breakfast in the mornings and have stayed in other Embassy Suites in the past and had great experiences, at this particular location it was said that Happy Hour was daily from 5-7 PM drinks and snacks, you only had a choice of two beers, and only a few mixed drinks, the first night was ok even though we didn’t drink the flavor of beer they offered, Budweiser. The rest of the week the drinks were the same, there were no more snacks and on Sunday we were told there was no Happy Hour, when we tried to order pool side drinks we were told they don’t serve poolside even though they advertised it on the pool side chairs. We should have known not to expect much because when we first arrived to the Hotel we were 2 hours early and when asked if we could check in early they charged us $25.00 extra, we travel a lot and have never paid to get in early at any hotel chain, the room was ready so they didn’t do us any favors by having to rush to get our room done. We will not be staying at this hotel chain if this is the way they treat their customers,
