Disliked: The constant emails and texts about my card declined, and I was supposed to pay at the property after booking.com agent called the property. I still received emails and texts from the property, making my travel horrible my card people thought there was someone trying to fraudulent charges my card, and so they locked my card. I was with my kids and unable to use my card for about an hour and a half. How embarrassing

Liked: Night shift Front desk ladies very helpful and pleasant Bar Tender was very nice and kind.
Disliked: There were some issues with my room being cleaned. I reached out to management. Finally, it was cleaned the next day. I'm supposed to get 5,000p points added to my Hilton honors account since this occurred. I'm currently waiting for it to be added to my account.
