Disappointed the Hotel has Changed

Liked: It was excellent
Disliked: There were kids running all over the property unsupervised. There were kids in the room above us that woke us out of our sleep multiple times. They were playing loud music late into the night.

GREAT SERVICE IN A BAD...

Liked: Absolutely hated my stay .....the only thing that made up for everything that was wrong was the staff,the night front desk guy was AMAZING, the morning front desk woman was AMAZING, and the ladies that served breakfast were all AMAZING they really made everything that was wrong so right,they were so accommodating whenever I had a problem they really made my day we need more of them in customer service.
Disliked: I was not ok that I asked for an early check in then arrived and had to pay for an extra day,then get to my room and the toilet doesn't flush or work ,the TV remote didn't work, the pool didn't work, and I had to keep asking for clean towels and washcloths so finally I went to Walmart and purchased towels and washcloths.
