Horrible service

Liked: Staff was rude and when we requested items that the room should have had like extra coffee or cups or body wash they told us to come down and get it . The room was not completely restocked with items . Breakfast finished before the time that was suppose to end .

Liked: We made it in time for happy hour it was closing in 10 minutes. I had fun with my friends. Registration staff was the ish
Disliked: It was old and out dated. Ceiling in 826 needs to be redone had water problems or something. Only put 2 bath towels and 2 face towels in room. Went back to get more, there were none. Just have been to better Embassy Suites. This was not it for me. Very disappointing…
