Disliked: Elevator got stuck. Hot tub had what felt like broken cement pieces in bottom. Ac in room didn't work.

Disappointing.

Liked: Atrium, omelet station at breakfast.
Disliked: Lumpy cheap pillows. Elevators not working so had to use service elevator- ok except very dirty. Tired rooms - mold on ceiling above shower, dinged furniture, hole in carpet, damaged wallpaper. Receptionist did not explain $50 reserve on credit card so I had to go back to desk after checking in thinking I had been overcharged for the room. Overall just felt everything was less than expected…and paid for. The rooms need better maintenance or remodeling.

Disliked: The hotel had no AC anywhere and no one was told anything until we called down to ask why the windows in our room were opened all the way. 4th floor with the windows open felt like safty issue as well. Nothing was offered to keep us from leaving. We left.

Birthday celebration let down

Liked: Complimentary drinks are nice
Disliked: Had a leak on floor and asked if I wanted a fan I spent almost 500 dollars if I wanted a fan I would’ve stayed home . Wet carpet equals mold and a lot other nasty things . Had to jump over wet spot . Coffee pot didn’t work . Just a big disappointment from one of my favorite places to stay . Don’t know if I’ll be back
