Liked: Never had breakfast
Disliked: One Elevator was out of orderThe other elevator was in bad condition with loud noises while in operation and shaking before stopping at a floor.There were many children playing to and fro from the jacuzzi and the pool to the elevator area that became wet. The room furniture was dirty so we’re the furniture in the lobby.

Liked: Reception staff were incredible, it’s a nice atmosphere and everyone couldn’t be more helpful.

Liked: I cant say I liked much, I usually always use the Embassy but this one was very disappointing unfortunately.
Disliked: The room smelled molded and wet. Overnight staff was rude. The fire alarms kept going off waking my young children up between 2am-3am which made them scared and smelled like smoke through out the night.

Liked: The front desk was pleasant and really nice.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off at 3 o’clock in the morning a few times. The cleaning staff was not great. Made up the bed in the bedroom. Did not do the other bed put fresh towels in the bathroom, but did not clean the bathroom. One of the reasons for staying at the Embassy suites is breakfast, but I end up going out to breakfast twice on a four-day trip because I did not want to wait in line for breakfast that long with one person cooking omelettes. Waiting in the omelette line to ask for bacon. it was just too much and time-consuming.

Disliked: I was not aware that ALL rooms have had dogs in them. My kids and my allergies were going off and I asked for a room change which is when I found out that theres nothing they could do, all rooms have had animals. They wouldnt do anything about it.
