Liked: I loved the view, I loved the welcoming feeling, and I loved everything that was offered
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I had to wait to find out about the company not accepting cash app and chime until I made it there. I also didn't like the fact that I was told that my room was $329.00, but when I got there, I found out about a $100.00 damaging fee that I would have to pay. What if all that I had was the money for the room. Those things were disappointing, but overall, I had a great experience

Liked: The room furniture was updated so like that
Disliked: It was too pack with people and the elevator barely work efficiently. The bathroom there were things breaking apart such as the toilet roll and one of soap dispenser was already broken but was not replaced prior to us coming into the room. Breakfast the plates were at the bottom close the floor. The grits were smelled burnt, the pancakes were soggy and stuck together. The omelettes could have been better but just okay. Overall stay made us not want to stay any Embassy anymore.

Liked: Comfortable beds, easy parking
Disliked: Many other guests were groups of friends smoking marijuana and holding parties in their rooms. We alerted staff and they did nothing.

Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking but the price bad

It was way too expensive...

Liked: The breakfast was fine. The real plates and silverware were nice on the first morning, but the 2nd morning it was plasticware.
Disliked: I would have liked to have the two queen beds I reserved, to have a door that opened and closed without shoving it, and to have been nearer to my granddaughters room.
