It was like staying in...

Liked: The room was freezing the heat wasn?t working, when I called down they said the hotel was full and they can try to change my room. But when they call to change it was 1 am the same time they were bringing clean towels to my room because the towels that were in the room were disgusting!!!!! The food was not the quality of the embassy suites that I?m used to because I am a Hilton honors and I was completely disappointed. The food was not hot and I came down to breakfast at 8:30 breakfast starts at 7:30
