I have spent years staying at the Embassy and I love this hotel! You miss out on the beauty and great steak if you stay anywhere else!

Steps away from Phillips Arena. We had a great time. Room was great, breakfast was fantastic and the staff was super helpful, especially when we needed pizza at 1 am!
Liked: Comfy beds, great breakfast and helpful staff!

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites several times and love it. The location cannot be beat and the suites are always roomy, clean, and appointed with just what we need. The entire staff is friendly and attentive, including the valet service which was speedy. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Loved the location, the rooms, the cleanliness, staff, valet parking, very beautiful hotel
Disliked: No shuttle service, had to pay to park valet, which was the only option I believe, weekend free breakfast hours could've been a bit longer till 11:30 am

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect. Staff was very professional and personable. Beds were comfortable. View was nice.
Disliked: The only red mark I'd have is, I reserved a king suite. I expected a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Upon checking in I was advised that they didn't have the King Suite I requested they room I was getting had 2 FULL sized beds. The full size bed was a little small for my husband and I. My 2 children shared the other full size bed. Both beds were in 1 room rather than separate rooms. Valet parking was an unexpected 45.00 per day. When I asked where we could park ourselves, I was told valet parking was the only option.

Chinese Lantern Festival Wknd
Liked: I loved that Ruth's Chris was right inside this hotel, we lived in there. The complimentary afternoon drinks and breakfast was a plus!! We were in town for the Chinese Lantern Festival in centennial park and was able to walk to everything from our hotel. I would definitely stay here again.p
Disliked: Parking fee was a bit pricey but everything else was spot on. Word for the day on valet retrieving your car is 'Patience'. I imagine the wknd is more crowded than a regular week day. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our car but it was a check out Sunday sooo, just grab some Starbucks coffee and be patient. Valet guy talked with an African accent was sweet to me.
