Liked: Didnt like that they did not clean the room in between our stay. We stayed for 3 nights and we had to use same bed sheet for 3 days
Disliked: Could have changed the sheet inbetween stay

One of the best hotels...

Liked: The best hotel I booked during my trip in B.C. . It is a 5-star hotel by far . Strongly recommended. Great room, well equipped, super clean, has everything you need , exceptional view from top floors. Amazing staff. Perfect location .

Superb

Liked: I loved the city and ocean view from our room and the studio suite was well equipped. The location was excellent.
Disliked: We didnt get to use the facilities due to Covid 19 so next time we stay we would definitely like to use the gym and pool and restaurants but we did get an excellent rate on our hotel.

Exceptional

Fantastic place to stay and...

Liked: I couldn't say enough about the Embarc, its absolutely fantastic. The view is amazing, the room was spotless and so well appointed with little touches. Location is great we just left the vehicle in the garage for the whole stay and just walked everywhere. The staff where very helpful and friendly at check in time and whenever I had any questions.
Disliked: The lady at check out was a little abrupt, I also had asked for a emailed copy of the bill but didn't received one.
