Liked: Breakfast atrocious. Eating area not clean, food was 4th rate, stations not kept supplied- eg coffee dispenser, cream etc
Disliked: Everything- majority of staff disinterested, unhelpful, one was really surly, noise, heat vent in room blew directly on you in bed. Ridiculously expensive

Exceptional

Liked: Everything. It was quiet the staff was friendly and the room was clean. I initially booked for 3 nights and extended my rooms for one more day and it was quick the staff were more than happy to help. Definitely will stay again.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Not a 4 star hotel

Liked: Nice new looking hotel and the young woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful!
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre, the room service wasnt up to standard, noisy rooms and only one elevator. The stay was good but not the stars this hotel claims to be.

Liked: I liked the modern look of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The insulation is terrible! You can hear road noise from the highway located directly behind the hotel. I could also hear the people above me and next door to me. This is also a pet friendly hotel. I was awakened at 7:30 AM by a dog barking in next rm.
