Perfect position, space and cleaniness,...

Liked: Nice check-in experience. Perfect location (just 10 mins by walk from times square and little less time to the closer metro station. Large and clean room even if it was a bit outdated, good sound comfort with closed windows despite the chaos on nyc. Nice little free rooftop. Great possibility to leave luggage after checkout.
Disliked: The breakfast was only sufficient with few variability and few sweets (it's us, i would like to have some cakes and better quality muffins!). Cleaning staff leave ac to maximum power and sometimes we needed to open windows because the room was too cold to sleep.

I would definitely stay at...

Liked: The location was great and the free use of the hotel's bicycles was great for getting around. The facilities were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and the unexpected "Happy Hour", with drinks and snacks from Monday to Thursday, was a pleasant and enjoyable surprise, when we were there in the late afternoon. Coffee in the room was also good. The staff were friendly and accommodating, where possible.
Disliked: The one lift was still not working, but thankfully we were only on the 4th floor so we used the stairs mostly. We only had to wait if we wanted to go to the roof area. I felt sorry for people on the higher floors. On a lesser note, the phone in the room did not work so calling reception was not an option, and the breakage deposit was not refunded on departure.
