Clean comfortable. Delicious breakfast!

Liked: Breakfast was extensive and delicious! Rooms were clean and comfortable. I'm not used to my hotel rooms having a stovetop and full fridge, very cool. Not that far a walk from the main Seaport drag.
Disliked: Nothing. It was fabulous.

Really pleasant, great value hotel...

Liked: Great experience. Busy hotel, still with that new car smell. It has hard-working staff, excellent facilities for the price and was great value.
Disliked: Noise insulation in the hotel is not perfect (walls seem okay, but the doors let through sound), but it's always a challenge in an affordable hotel that might not have the most experienced hotel guests. Having a sign by the elevators asking people to be quite in the corridors during sleeping hours... maybe even dimming the lights a little at night in the corridors, might help. It's fundamentally a guest management issue.

Liked: Very clean. nice staff and breakfast included and free coffee
Disliked: The parking was very expensive and no in-and-out $54 USD per night

Disliked: Didn’t have a Peloton treadmill

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF

Disliked: The concierge was EXTREMELY rude. All other staff was very friendly besides the concierge. I came in very tired (was not being rude at ALL, just quiet), and the man working asked me why I was in a serious mood and that I should be happy because it was st patricks day. I told him I was just very tired and he said "Ok just wanted to check if you wanted to be happy today in a very snarky way. That is NOT good customer service.

We made a good choice...

Liked: We love the overall set up of the rooms. We love that it has a mini kitchen and its very homey. We are looking forward to visiting Element again in our future Boston trips
Disliked: There are times the breakfast area at the reception can be very messy and uncleaned. Overall it did’nt affect our overall experience.

Lovely spot outside the main...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, staff were very nice. The complimentary coffee in reception was appreciated, nice to relax in that space after a hard day sightseeing! We are looking forward to our next stay already.
Disliked: I have no complaints, loved my stay!
