Bellhop was rude when we checked out; clock had incorrect time; air condition was either too hot or way too cold; TV remote required multiple entries to accomplish the simplest of changes; when we complained, when checking out, the desk clerk tried to blame the short comings on Covid - how does a virus screw up the toilet, or leave cigarette butts in a room? Other hotels didn't have these personnel problems, so that excuse was road apples. I was offended that the desk clerk thought I was that stupid to actually believe her. In August my wife and I intend to go see another concert in Shreveport, but you can take to the bank we'll not stay at Bally's.

Liked: Quiet.
Disliked: No valet; had trouble getting a bellhop to check in; toilet worked poorly; cigarette butts in room; refused to help me get Uber, lift or cab; carpet was thread bare.

Disliked: Had to move rooms, TV wasn't working. Then the 2nd room 2 of the lamps didn't work and there was a rip in the sheets. Honestly I was disappointed with the room especially for the price. In my opinion it was way to pricey for what we got.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: They took my money, and then told me an hour later when I came back from dinner that they don't allow cats (mine are even declawed) despite being "pet friendly". Carpet in the hotel entry was filthy and wore out. Finishes were all in bad shape and dirty. Brown crud in the tub. Staff all had on uniforms that looked dirty and ill fitting. It looked like a third world country's idea of a casino.

Disliked: Room wasnt clean no room service.
