Liked: Beautiful, clean property.
Disliked: The casino had no life to it. Restaurants were shut down, and they didn't have enough employees. We went over to Margaritaville to gamble, and restaurants were open and the place was buzzing.

Liked: The beds were comfy
Disliked: I booked el dorado because it was a reasonable price and I was having to evacuate my home due to fire. The staff gave me difficulty when checking in and then again when my insurance stated they would pay the rooms were nice the bathroom could use some updating and maintenance. It?s also sucked having to carry luggage from the parking garage to the 11th floor.

Evacuation done the right way

Liked: The Location,the size of the suite and the restaurant in the hotel
Disliked: The fact that the only person that gets recognized as a guest is only the one adult that booked the rooms ps I had 4 rooms of which 4 different groups of people paid for and should have been recognized at checkout time .
