Very good
Liked: Staff was excellent. Attentive, informative. Even the way certain basics (like running a credit card) were described upon check-in - usual for any regular traveler, but important for anyone who might now know. Other resorts would benefit from that kind of clarity.
Disliked: A/C in the room is noisy.

All the staff are fantastic
Liked: The room was fantastic. We loved it and would definitely choose the same room again. All the amenities in the room was exceptional. And the view was fabulous
Disliked: Not sure why you are lead unknowingly to speak to Guest services when it’s a lady trying to sell you a timeshare. This needs to be a different approach.

Amazing Place to Stay in...
Liked: AMAZING! It's our new favorite for sure. You get the views and closeness to the Strip but without the Casino which for many might be a nuisance, especially at night. We had one of the suites with amazing views and kitchen facilities.

Great resort, except room view...
Liked: Rooms are spacious and perfect for family of 4. Great location and great staff.
Disliked: It appears making a reservation through booking.com you get the worst rooms in the resort. We were on the 5th floor with the garage blocking any view. People in the garage can look into your room. The lights from the garage were bright and shining through on us throughout the night. Would never book this hotel again through booking.com. We asked to be moved, and there was no available rooms. Staff told us that if you go through booking.com this is what you get.
