Liked: Location right on the riverwalk
Disliked: Limited bar opening hours. Pool not open till 10am.

Liked: Changed out room as we were in 705 as it was right beside the lift very noisey, staff were very helpful and made it not a problem. Staff in reception were very pleasent at all times and very helpful. Our view from the bedroom was beautiful as we were on the riverwalk,
Disliked: Floors on corradoors could have been cleaner. Breakfast good first morning, but fell off after that, would have liked Oatmeal?porridge each morning, plus cheese and more fruit, Breads very sweet. Parking very expensive 29 dollars plus tax per night and we were not aware of this expensive when booking our stay. In Ireland parking in the hotel is free for those who are staying there, as we are paying for our rooms already.

Liked: The newly remodeled lobby is beautiful and the coffee shop and tiki bar onsite was very convenient. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the lobby remodel didn?t make it to the rooms. Our AC didn?t work either night. Thankfully it was cool outside so we were able to open the balcony door. It is also quite a distance from the shops & restaurants on Riverwalk. There?s not much around it for alternatives so be ready to walk or Uber.

Liked: Eileen, waitress at the breakfast buffet was Awesome!! Very, happy outgoing, friendly and has excellent proffesional customer service skills. I didn't like to see that the management offers no help. Eileen was seating, waiting, getting drinks, busing tables & checking customers out. There was approximately 20 tables all full & more guests arriving. Management was in & out of the area but, not once did anyone offer a helping hand to their teammate. If it wasn't for the paying guests they wouldn't have a job. Also, Charlie the bar tender gets a hand...his customer service was outstanding as well. Friendly, polite & quick service! These 2 definitely deserve a raise!!
Disliked: We were there to watch granddaughter for Stockshow. Upon arrival valet attendant on his cell phone with a friend. He never acknowledged our arrival. I got out got cart for our luggage, my husband and & I loaded our luggage onto cart. Not once being acknowledged by attendant. Finally, my husband approached him about parking our truck. We were in our Ford dually. Attendant looked up from his cell phone long enough to tell my husband that we had to self park because they dont park large vehicles. I went to check in told front desk about our experience. We got I'm sorry. Brenda valet manager was there to hear of our unpleasant encounter but, said nor did anything she retreated into office. We were told we were being charged 29.99 for valet parking. I let the gentleman checking us in know that we weren't able to use valet do to the fact we had an oversize vehicle, that we were self park. He said it didn't matter we still get charged valet parking rate. I definitely spoke up & let them know that after their poor Customer service greeting & overcharge for parking that we would not be staying with them in the future. In addition, the rooms are only equipped with a electric Mitsubishi fan type heat & cooling unit. These units are older & dont work well cooling nor heating they need updating. The pillows are so worn out that they condensed them down a half size pillow. New pillows are definitely badly needed.
