Amazing kindness on the part...

Liked: The good taste of the decor. The deep big bath tub. The outdoor areas. And without a doubt we experienced the best breakfast of anyplace we ever have stayed!

Superb

Liked: We loved casita 15! Our dog enjoyed the enclosed patio. We appreciated the location, the cleanliness, the wonderful bathroom and toiletries. Breakfast was amazing as was our server, Jameel.
Disliked: Having a small in room fridge would've been nice to keep our drinks cool, but not a deal breaker.

Not worth the cost of...

Liked: The feature we liked the most was the breakfast—it was well designed and prepared, and it was presented in a timely manner.
Disliked: The room we were assigned (#17) appeared to be a made over garage that had no furniture save the bed. There were no luggage racks to put your suitcases on and no dresser to do any unpacking into. The bathroom did not have any shelves to put toiletries on. The bathtub was dangerously high to step into (we are senior citizens) and without any handrails. The heating/cooling unit had a remote control that was indecipherable—we could not figure out how to turn on the heat. The cost for this frustrating and uncomfortable overnight stay was just under $200–about twice as much as it was worth. We never got the feeling that anyone from management had ever spent any time on the property, or seen it from a client’s point of view.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. It is in. Good location.
Disliked: There was no contact with anyone except the waitress at breakfast. Service at breakfast was very slow. One day the coffee was cold. The cleaner didn’t replace the tissues. There was no indication where to find ice for the ice bucket.

Our stay was amazing. I...

Liked: The location and the layout of the Inn is great. Every room is a little different to meet individual preferences or needs. We had a quiet room in the back but could see opportunity to travel with other couples or friends with the courtyard area. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely come back!
Disliked: Our window faced a back parking lot to an adjacent building that had a security light that we couldn't block out. This could probably be mitigated or solved with a small window covering. I don't think is an issue for any other rooms in the building.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, 5-10 minutes of easy walk to downtown. Breakfast was outstanding, chef is cooking for you from the menu, fine dining experience for breakfast. We also enjoyed chai tea and hibiscus drink.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: My husband and I stayed at the Parador for a couple nights and had a lovely time. Our charming room with a kitchenette was well designed and equipped with high-end fixtures and amenities. Although the room was not very big, it felt spacious, relaxing and comfortable. Even our nervous dog stayed calm. Everyone at the place was nice and friendly. Special thanks to the owner who greeted us warmly and spent time to give us insights. The breakfast was creative and absolutely delicious. The place was conveniently located in the heart of Santa Fe. We walked to the plaza and the Canyon Rd. Highly recommended.
Disliked: I had a trouble connecting to Wifi (my iPad is old). A hand-made small table and a couple of chairs were a little wiggly and squeaky (but nice to have them). Ants creeped out from a crack of brick floor (because we had a dog bowl).
