I didn't get to spend much time there. I was in town for a conference and had friends to visit. The time I did spend there was great. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice. I was only there for Sunday morning breakfast and it was delicious. I would stay there again.
Liked: Nice sized room, refrigerator in the room.
Disliked: Because it's an old building the floors were creaky & I heard the person upstairs every time they got up to the use the bathroom.

Liked: The staff were incredibly responsive to specific dietary restrictions. Breakfast was delicious. And the casita we stayed in was very comfortable and helped us address eating limitations.
Disliked: There was a bit of confusion around our arrival, but that arose from an emergency for owners - the risk of a small business. We worked things out, though, and experienced no further issues.

Liked: This is a beautiful historic home managed by the owners who made us feel like long lost friends. Truly enjoyed the environment and everyone working at this lovely B&B. Highly recommend!

Liked: Beautiful for those who love small and personal, instead of big box. Friendly and willing to help owners with suggestions about sightseeing opportunities and restaurants. Very close to the convention center (10 minute lovely walk). Very comfy and homey feel. I stayed in room 2C which was a lovely and funky king bed space (funky in a cool way--gotta read the history of these types of spaces). I love a room that lets me feel like I just don't sit on my bed and watch TV. In the shared area there is a sitting room, dining nook, a quiet back room (with great guide books). If that isn't enough, you really get the feel of home--get ice from the fridge, microwave if you want, coffee of tea in the nook for you, a delicious cookie on the front counter, or just sit on the porch (or my fav on the bench in the yard for a 4 pm tea when the sun warms the November skin --east coaster visiting--60+degrees--ahhh). My only wish would be if there are those of us who have to attend early conference sessions that the hot breakfast would happen earlier. A survey? That being said, there was delicious granola (with figs and dates) and yogurt, coffee, and tea. Lovely and enjoyed. Ask the Lee anything--he is kind and passionate and has a great knowledge of its history--which for me, makes it that much more--perfect!!

Liked: The owners are very diligent in providing a nice experience for their guests. The B&B is a historic house in a good location. There was adequate parking, nice breakfast slection with access to the kitchen, sunroom, and outside patio. The young innkeeper that was there for our stay was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the balloon festival, Indian culture and, things to do and see in Albuquerque
Disliked: IMO; the carpet in room #2 needs to be charged. Some of the other rooms have hardwood.

Liked: Location was really good. We had the 2 bedroom unit close to the main house. It was well furnished, comfortable, and had strong internet. Breakfast was good. They were responsive to our questions and requests.
Disliked: Nothing. There were some quirks (back sliding door and screen need attention), but we?d have no problem staying here again.
