This hotel is overpriced due to it's lack of visual appeal, cleanliness, ambiance and service. I won't ever stay there again. It's very run down and low quality.

Liked: The room was clean, decorated nicely.
Disliked: The hotel staff were a bit slow to check in; the booking stated there would be breakfast which was untrue. The parking lot was so icy I almost fell. The hallways were filthy! There were piles of towels and garbage bags on the floor when we checked in and out. Ice machine was broken on two floors. There was a curtain that looked like a sheet covering the restaurant entrance. The bath tub was dingy and the TV was not a flat screen with basic cable. Front desk was very slow answering calls from the room. The elevators were dirty and scary looking with parts taped up! Some carpeting was taped in lobby and elevator!

Liked: This hotel was in a perfect location. Quiet and easy to find. The parking lot is a great asset to the property. The bathroom is stunning. The king size bed was super comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Disliked: There was no information in the room to tell me the location of the pool, workout room, ice machine or the hours of the restaurant. The television was a nice smart tv but difficult to operate and find channels.

Disliked: At check-in when I asked for the Breakfast vouchers They said it was extra when informed it was included they asked me to to prove it instead of looking it up themselves. No need to argue just an hassle. it seems like it's their strategy to rake up money.

Liked: Fair price
Disliked: No microwave

Liked: The shower hardware, which allowed switching between an overhead nozzle, side nozzles, and a handheld wand. Also: comfortable beds; quiet room; walking distance to decent restaurants and subway station.
Disliked: The Internet connectivity, which was almost uselessly slow. The Wi-Fi signal was strong enough, but the channel capacity on the back end was much too low.

Liked: lots of parking, easy to find
Disliked: The hotel was filled with "refugees", screaming children on every floor. It was impossible to stay. I left after one hour and ended up finding another place. Who needs immigration laws when you can buy a plane ticket to the USA and just walk here?

Liked: Close to where I was spending the daytime. It was clean, great little restaurant in the lobby.
