This hotel is overpriced due to it's lack of visual appeal, cleanliness, ambiance and service. I won't ever stay there again. It's very run down and low quality.
Liked: The room was clean, decorated nicely.
Disliked: The hotel staff were a bit slow to check in; the booking stated there would be breakfast which was untrue. The parking lot was so icy I almost fell. The hallways were filthy! There were piles of towels and garbage bags on the floor when we checked in and out. Ice machine was broken on two floors. There was a curtain that looked like a sheet covering the restaurant entrance. The bath tub was dingy and the TV was not a flat screen with basic cable. Front desk was very slow answering calls from the room. The elevators were dirty and scary looking with parts taped up! Some carpeting was taped in lobby and elevator!

Disliked: Fancy shower stall, but unable to turn on the right temperature. It?s either way too hot or way too cold

Disliked: Location of hotel is pretty convenient, right off the highway, very close to the city center. They have free parking and a couple of restaurants around. The room was ok but with a number of flows that leave an inferior impression: toilet was hardly flushing, bathroom door all beat up... Overall, a standard hotel, thye just need to tighten facility maintenance.
