Exceptional
Liked: My husband and I loved the place so much, it's location was perfect, it was clean and the reception was amazing. I loved the fact that there was a Bible in the bedside drawer. I read Romans 11
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent stay in a beautiful...
Liked: Really comfortable bed in well-appointed room with great en-suite. Located practically within spitting distance of the seafront in West Hoe, a quiet, pretty part of Plymouth. On-street parking was available almost opposite the guest house which although chargeable (£10 overnight) was at least convenient. The wonders of the Barbican (most importantly Cap’n Jaspers and The Dolphin!) are only about a 15 minute stroll away
Disliked: Nothing. It was excellent! I didn’t meet any staff during my stay but the communication in advance on how to access the room were clear and useful

It was so quiet which...
Liked: Location was brilliant
Disliked: I didn't see any staff to comment and parking on the street would have been cheaper than the permit which I paid £10

Stay Away
Liked: I didn’t mind that this place was designed to be totally self-service, even though the hosts are just upstairs on the 1st floor. I didn’t appreciate the male host opening the door and sarcastically mocking me for taking more than ten seconds to find the lock box. The man should not be around other humans. They will send an email with instructions. Make sure you study them before you arrive to avoid the man mocking you. I happened to have other things to think about before my arrival.
Disliked: The male host's hateful attitude. He needs to stay away from people. The female seemed nice enough, although I only saw her for about five minutes.

Would happily stay again
Liked: Very comfortable room by the Hoe, ideal location for staying in Plymouth. The host is very friendly and helped us sort out parking for the weekend despite us only staying for one night. Fresh en suite bathroom with soaps, comfy room with plenty of storage, kettle and tea/coffee in the room. On street parking passes available to purchase from the host, £7 for 24h permit which expires at 10am the next day.
Disliked: Nothing, great little place to stay
