Reliable and Comfortable

Liked: 24 hour concierge service is a huge plus - there is always someone to receive the delivery. Pleasant and clean reception and communal areas. The staff are always happy to help and accommodating. Special mention to Sara, Marta, Stephanie and Victor, who made my stay very easy and pleasant. The management is very thoughtful by giving out small gifts in Christmas, Chinese New Year and Valentine?s Day.
Disliked: Rooms are not well lit but the management will provide extra lighting on request.

Liked: Everything ! I was so impressed from the second I walked in, clean, friendly welcome, amazing room and the scent in the reception was so good I bough two to take away !
Disliked: A longer stay !

Liked: The location is great, the room is gorgeous with an amazing shower and the staff are wonderful! Couldn?t say a negative thing about my stay if I tried. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay here again when I?m next visiting Edinburgh!!

Better than AirBnb

Liked: The question should be "what didn't you like?". Honestly, I loved everything about this place. The room - design is amazing, kitchen is well equipped, furniture is nice and cosy, bed is very comfortable and the underfloor heating is great. The ability to link your phone to the TV is very useful, the curtains completely black out the room which I love, and the WiFi was above average. Location is also good, being at the end of George Street and just behind Princes Street. Staff were very welcoming and cheerful and really add to the vibe of the place. I will not hesitate to use this place over AirBnB or other hotels in the area in the future.
Disliked: This is nitpicking, but Apple TV/ Airplay could have been better and the WiFi could have been a little faster. Other than that, nothing!
