Disliked: It had cockroach’s and no parking.. it had a smell to the room, and rooms haven’t been updated in many years years. The shower was an old make shift bath tub cut out..

Liked: Staff gave me another room with desk upon my request. Clean.
Disliked: Second time breakfast bar wasn’t open until 9:30am closed at 9:05am. Sign in lobby says 9:30am.

Staff needs to be proactive...

Disliked: The door wouldn’t close after shutting. This isn’t the first time I’ve made complaints about the building.,I understand it’s old but the staff need to be proactive about the building. Then in the morning the staff guy was sitting on the chair in the front asking me if I am staying. I generally use booking.com for my bookings. The staff needs to be proactive about the building not their guests. It’s probably because I am a woman and he’s India ethnic. The only time the desk staff should be concerned if I am staying if I’m at the front desk needing to pay for my reservation.

Disliked: Getting a room that had been smoked in. Had to change rooms to a smaller bed, dirty floors,no toilette paper, 1 towel, there was garbage left overs. Wore mu shoes the entire time. Breakfast was poor, omelets were cold, and boiled eggs were green and didn't taste right. No soap or hand towels to dry hand.Says it has free WIFI. There is no WIFI. It disconnects afyer 10 sec .
