Liked: Location.
Disliked: Continental breakfast could be better. Our room wasn?t cleaned our second full day there. I complained twice, still not cleaned. First housekeeper was great, second one on the second day had a nasty tone. Stay was good up to this point. I wouldn?t stay there again.

Terrible service, terrible property. Totally...

Liked: We were on the back side of the property so we did not hear the all night pool party going on in the front of the property. The proof of course was the filthy pool area along with littered front property the next morning.
Disliked: The television did not work in the first room we had, the second room was smaller with no shower, just a bathtub. Totally disgusted with the whole experience. Next time we will spend a little more and stay in a nicer place.

Good location, value for money...

Liked: Location was great! (if you have a car). Free parking and the rooms were really nice for what you pay.
Disliked: There was absolutely no drinking water in the whole place! The vending machines were all empty and the staff told me to walk to the gas station! The laundry facilities weren't great & pretty expensive for a motel! (also laundry detergent machine took money and was broken and couldn't get any washing powder at the front desk either). We also put a "do not disturb" sign on our room which they took off and went into our room anyway.

Very poor

Liked: The A/C worked
Disliked: The bathroom had bugs crawling in the tub, on the floor by the beds, the room didn't smell clean at all.

Worst hotel experience of my...

Disliked: This is quite a serious complaint and I would like it to be taken seriously. The staff on the whole was unfriendly, and one of them was aggressive and threatening. I was actually appalled by the behavior and my partner felt quite threatened by his outburst. It was single-handedly the worst hotel experience of my life and had I not managed to calm the situation I was considering calling the police. In his defense, the staff member did apologize about his behavior afterward but the whole way through the 'altercation' which he actually started by launching a personal attack on my partner because he assumed my partner was going to bad mouth his already rude behavior. Essentially I had gotten up at about 2am because I couldn't sleep and went down to the lobby with my laptop. I asked if I could work, the guy grunted at me, but didn't say no. I sat quietly working away for about three hours. My partner came down about 5.30am to see if I was okay. Then asked me if there was a toilet nearby. I said I wasn't sure. I carried on working, he went to the toilet. I'm not entirely sure what happened next, because when he came back and started telling me, your member of staff, assuming Paul was about to say something negative about his bad behaviour, instantly launched into a defensive and then aggressive tirade. I tried on several occasions to calm the situation, but each time he was deliberately antagonist, at one point commenting on my 'flaring' nose (I'm Jewish, and that came off as borderline anti-Semitic) I also remained calm the entire time, sadly my partner did not and it nearly came to blows between them. I'm appalled. Your member of staff had no right to listen and then challenge a private conversation, he certainly should not have exacerbated and then antagonized. He tried to hide behind us breaking rules by being in the lobby area, but he is the one who let both of us in. I would like a full refund and a written personal apology.

It was OK

Liked: The location and staff were great.... The bed was great .. I really liked they had fridge and microwave in the room... They have a nice pool area and court yard... nice tv but the channel selection wasn't all that but who goes to Memphis to watch tv....
Disliked: They didn't have a coffee pot in the room like advertized and we had to keep going down stairs to get coffee. Their breakfast was lacking... If you didn't go right away you missed out... They put out some and don't restock so the first few ppl get it all... Nobody but the desk spoke english..
