Liked: Flexible check in, i was extremely late, and with good communication throughout the day, they were pleased to accommodate me. I also got a great rate for the late checkout. Definitely will stay again if i ever come back to Virginia beach

Liked: Great location. I loved that you could see the beach from the patio. The neighboring restaurants were good too! Definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Absolutely loved it - only thing was that neighbors were smoking marijuana so it made it difficult to sit on the deck. Needless to say I understand that’s difficult to control!

Disliked: This place is falsely advertising themselves as a hotel with certain amenities but it does not meet the description or claims by any means. This place is a DUMP!! Here is a short list of problems:Broken toilet seatRusted light fixturesNon stop water dripShower cracked in several placesInside fridge all broken Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Phone broken and not working No chairs on patio— had to ask x3 before getting themWiFi not working Cracks and holes all over walls and ceilingHeater/air unit extremely dirtY, LOUD and inefficient Very small hand towels only— no bath sizeCobwebs along the curtain valanceMorning “coffee bar” DISGUSTINGLY DIRTYI was double charged 8 dollar/day “resort fee” even though my booking receipt stated it was already included — AND there are NO resort amenities whatsoever— the pool looks like a green swamp and is closed and the advertised “free bike rental” is non existent. The lights in room flicker when the guests upstairs walk across the floorI asked for a non-smoking room yet there are burn marks all over the bathroom vanity and the room stinks The desk clerk is not present at even 8 in the evening — he/she leaves a note on door that they’ll be gone for an hour and doesn’t include the time they leftLight fixtures hanging halfway off ceiling When showering, attempted to adjust direction of flow and shower head came off and hit me on the head! This business is fraudulent. I would like a refund for this booking.

Liked: Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I chose this hotel because it stated it had a heated pool and the pool was closed. We were very disappointed because it was too cold to swim at the beach and the website didn't state the pool was closed. I also didn't get a discount for this inconvenience. There was no breakfast, but I don't remember if it stated there was supposed to be any. It was average. I would stay again. Wifi was in and out. Didn't work half of the time.

Disliked: Didn't like that the pool was nasty and not open didn't like that the the shower didn't have much hot water .it was just a low budget hotel alot of noise from other people
