Liked: I liked absolutely nothing about the hotel it was a disgrace it was dirty unkept and had a smell in the room for it to be a non-smoking room

Liked: Availability of staff. Office open 24 hrs.
Disliked: The sink, bathroom and beds and linen were all very clean. Floor was very dirty. It was a reddish carpet but appeared brown from dirt. A sticky, gooey mess was found between the queen beds. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in a long time and appeared dirty.

Liked: Dirty, filthy and disgusting. Breakfast was cereal with no milk. That's all they had. No juice or anything. Room had duct tape holding down moldy carpet. The room made me sick, literally. Took me days to recover.

Disliked: Filthy. I've never seen a more disgusting room ever. Menthol cigarette buts on the floor, duct tape holding the carpet down at the door, filth everywhere.

Disliked: It seemed that friends were hanging out with hotel clerk. Beed cans were present at check in counter

Liked: There were no bedbugs that I saw.
Disliked: Very dirty floor and mattresses and walls and bathroom.

Disliked: Staff not helpful could not get extra towels at night was told I had to talk to housekeeper. Door dead bolt would not lock to keep door shut. Something smeared all over curtains. Will not stay there again.

Liked: There was nothing positive about this hotel at all! The walkway to the elevator was dirty as was the elevator itself & the room as well. My daughter was bit by bugs she found crawling in her bed. This place should be condemned. It is not fit for humans.
