Disliked: It had roaches and the tub was dingy

Disliked: Very small window in the room, bathroom need update

The conditions almost convinced us...

Liked: Staff was very courteous and efficient.
Disliked: Mildew smell throughout the facility. Room was in poor condition: a hole in one wall, bathroom sink severely cracked. Clearly it had previously been a smoking room, but had not been cleaned adequately. The smoke smell competed with the pervasive mildew smell.

Bad

Liked: That was a nightmares, so nasty, old, smell so bad. A revulsion and disgust to us. Never ever I’ll going to the place again. I’m thinking send over there the NY hearth department. It’s really dangerous for the visitors.

Liked: The front staff is friendly and understanding. She is the only one there in the past 2 days.
Disliked: TV does not work. Internet spotty. Cell phone reception, barely.
