Disliked: The first room we were placed in was absolutely disgusting. There was gnats flying around the room and we found a few giant ants and small sugar ants throughout the room. We also found a few dead ants along with mold along the wall toward the bottom of the bed. There were multiple things that could have easily been fixed but they just through random screws in things to make it looked fixed. We requested a different room and they gave us a room with two queen beds instead of one with a king like we had booked. One of the beds had sheets on it with multiple visible stains. I definitely wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel here but the cleanliness and all together experience wad terrible.
