Liked: Location. Just off interstate. Close to several restaurants.
Disliked: Tv and phone did not work. I walked to the office and reported and they did nothing.

Liked: The staff were kind.
Disliked: Hotel is in serious disrepair. Stains surfaces, broken curtain rod, gross shower, broken toilet seat. Exterior/common spaces poorly maintained. Reeks of tabacco. Paper thin walls.

Liked: Just the fact of getting a room to ourselves
Disliked: Hope the key to the door wouldn’t work and we had to wait two hours to get a room

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Premises was dirty and dimly lit. Room floors were dirty, had sticky spots all over the floor. Remote did not work, told desk and was told to give her 15 to 20 minutes called back in 40 minutes and was told it would be soon. Never came.
