Difficult but a life saver

Disliked: Needed $60 on top of what I already paid for the room. I got it back but I had to have my son come to hotel to pay it or I couldn't get the room I paid for through booking.com and the man at the hotel said I would have to get it through them. I am disabled and it was very upsetting to me. I came from an hour away to take my son to a show. I spent th last of my money on the room because I was unable to drive an hour home. I couldn't stay at my son's because he lives with my ex husband.
