Disliked: Rooms had bugs needed updated socket hanging off wall, balcony door coming apart, had to stick object under stopper in shower for it to drain, staff not helpful, all channels didn't come in on tv

Liked: The location was perfect to everything we wanted to go and do.
Disliked: I requested things that wasn't available when I arrived. Like extra bedding for my father he gets cold.

This facility was not comfortable....

Disliked: We did not have hot water to shower our first night. The toilet was broke and not fixed till the next evening. The room was not cleaned well before our check in and there was someones sock left in the floor and hair in the shower
